Appellate Practice
Murphy & King maintains an active practice in state and federal appellate tribunals in Massachusetts and around the country. The firm regularly handles appeals of matters litigated by other firms at the trial level, as well as appeals arising out of its own trial work. The firm’s attorneys have served as law clerks for the U.S Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First and Seventh Circuits, state Supreme Court Justices, and numerous state and federal trial and bankruptcy courts.
