Hanify & King obtained a summary judgment dismissing a retaliation claim asserted against our client, McKesson Health Services LLC, in an employment case filed in the U.S. District Court.

Third Annual 'Back to School Cup' Golf Tournament
on Monday, September 27. Held at the Hopkinton
Country Club, the benefit helped to raise more

Hanify & King won an appeal in the Massachusetts Appeals Court on behalf of shareholders of Versyss, Inc. The decision overturned the Trail Court's finding that a side letter with the CEO was without consideration.
