law firm, joined 100 other professionals in the
Third Annual 'Back to School Cup' Golf Tournament
on Monday, September 27. Held at the Hopkinton
Country Club, the benefit helped to raise more
than $25,000 for the Inner-City Scholarship Fund
of the Catholic Schools Foundation.

Hanify & King won an appeal in the Massachusetts Appeals Court on behalf of shareholders of Versyss, Inc. The decision overturned the Trail Court's finding that a side letter with the CEO was without consideration.
