- Counsel to an institutional lender in connection with construction and permanent financing of a phased upscale condominium development adjacent to a nationally-known golf course.
- Counsel to an institutional lender in connection with construction and permanent financing of a large commercial office building by a joint venture of a local developer and a national REIT.
- Counsel to Massachusetts real estate development company regarding financing and construction of a 25-unit resort condominium. Advised company regarding documentation of construction financing and multi-million dollar note receivable loan.
- Counsel to a Massachusetts based federal financial institution in the acquisition of five branch locations in eastern Massachusetts from another bank.
- Counsel to a bank subsidiary in the acquisition and subsequent partial divestiture of a 23 acre shopping center in south central Massachusetts.
- Counsel to the developer of a $40 Million project in surburan Boston involving the acquisition of land from a public agency, the negotiation of a lease for 125,000 square feet of office space with an agency of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and closing on investor and lender financing.
