James J. Marcellino has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers membership to which is extended by invitation only to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy.
Jim has 40 years of experience as a trial lawyer and is a former deputy and special assistant Massachusetts attorney general and, from 1991 to 2007, a partner and counsel at McDermott Will & Emery. He serves as adjunct faculty at Boston College Law School. Jim is trained and qualified to practice as a mediator. He is former president of the Boston Bar Association and the Boston College Law School Alumni Association. He is an alumnus the College of the Holy Cross, Boston College School of Law, and Boston University Graduate School of Management.
