Experience
Since joining Hanify & King in 1994, Mr. Perry has tried numerous cases throughout Massachusetts. His practice focuses on the trial of business disputes involving professional liability, health care, class action, and environmental issues.
Representative Engagements
- Represented utility in suit to recover response costs from chemical manufacturer that had caused significant environmental contamination at the sites of several former manufactured gas plants owned by the utility. Suit resulted in multimillion dollar recovery for utility.
- Defended publicly-traded health care company in suit brought by a national health insurance company alleging breach of a longterm medical services agreement.
- Represented correctional facility in class action litigation brought by inmates alleging excessive use of force by correctional officers.
- Obtained a jury verdict in favor of a real estate trust in a suit alleging unfair and deceptive trade practices by a real estate developer seeking to purchase property from the real estate trust.
