Mr. Upton's practice includes general business counseling and litigation, real estate and employment litigation, arbitration and mediation, and intellectual property.
Mr. Upton has successfully tried dozens of cases in state and federal court, obtaining judgments among the ten largest in Massachusetts in each of the past two years.
