Experience
Ms. Sawyer represents corporate debtors and creditors, including creditors’ committees, in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Prior to joining Hanify & King, Ms. Sawyer served a two-year appointment as law clerk to the Honorable Henry J. Boroff, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts.
