Experience
Mr. Condon’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and related matters. He represents debtors, creditors committees and court-appointed trustees in a variety of reorganization and liquidation contexts. He also counsels plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters relating to bankruptcy on both the trial and appellate levels and advises creditors in numerous facets of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Prior to joining Hanify & King, Mr. Condon was an associate at the Boston firm of Riemer & Braunstein LLP.
