On July 20, 2004, Karen Whitley spoke at a seminar sponsored by the Council on Education in Management in Waltham, MA. The theme of the seminar was the overlap of the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Workers' Compensation Act. Karen's presentation focused on Managing Return-to Work, Modified or Light-Duty, and Reassignment Issues under the FMLA, ADA, and Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Act.
