Hanify & King lawyer Jeffrey Upton discussed some of the technological changes affecting the legal world in the Mass High Tech article "Legalize IT".

From the article, "Prior to the start of the trial, Upton and his partners had made digital versions of virtually every scrap of paper produced during the discovery phase of the case.... 'We'd be sitting there with time on our hands while the other side was running around trying to locate this citation or that brief,' Upton said. 'It really enabled us to react quickly and do more with a much smaller team than the other guys.'"
