Hanify and King obtains second and third largest bench awards in 2006
Hanify and King obtained the second and third largest bench awards in 2006, according to the January 15, 2007 Volume 34 Issue Number 21 Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The two Hanify and King cases were, Milliken & Company v. Duro Textiles, LLC, second on the list with a $8.75 million ($12.5 million with interest) verdict, and Instrument Industries Trust v. Danaher, et al., third on the list with a $5 million verdict.
