Tower battle brings deja vu

"As he looks to win Chapter 11 protection for his twin towers, Chiofaro has turned to high-powered Boston bankruptcy lawyer Harold Murphy. Murphy represented Arthur Nelson, a developer of big office complexes on Route 128, helping the developer ride out the recession through a breather in bankruptcy court. He also had a piece of the Harold Brown bankruptcy battle, representing Brown's development partner, Milione said."

"Doherty sparred with Murphy, his legal rival in the International Place case, in one of the biggest real estate bankruptcy cases of the 1990s."
